About the Role
As a Remote Process Optimization SME, you'll play a critical role in driving process improvements and optimization within a fast-paced and dynamic enterprise environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and optimization
- Analyzing data and identifying gaps to inform process improvement recommendations
- Developing and implementing process optimization strategies to drive efficiency and productivity
- Enhancing productivity across various teams through effective communication and collaboration
- Providing subject matter expertise to drive process improvements and optimization
- Working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of process improvements
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Experience leading process improvements and optimization in an enterprise-level environment (Medicaid or health insurance experience preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience
- Change management background or experience

Compensation and Benefits
