The Role: Social Media Chat Sales Representative

As a Social Media Chat Sales Representative at blithequark, you'll be working with our highly skilled client success team to initiate authentic conversations that drive sales for our clients, including business coaches, through various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Your primary objective will be to sell coaching programs, working closely with our teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Starting new conversations with potential clients through social media platforms (approximately 2 hours a day)
• Following up with leads and nurturing relationships to drive sales (approximately 2 hours a day)
• Organic account growth through engaging content and strategic interactions (approximately 2 hours a day)
• Responding to active leads and closing sales (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes a day)
• Managing daily communication tasks and reporting (approximately 30 minutes a day)

Requirements: What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Advanced or Native English language skills (C1-C2 level)
• A fully functional desktop or laptop and a smartphone
• A stable internet connection
• Full-time availability (8 hours a day, with 2 hours on weekends)
• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles (at least 4 months)
• A high level of confidence in your English skills and sales abilities
• A strong interest in learning, making money, and working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Performance:

Our compensation package is designed to reward high-performing team members. Here's what you can expect:

• Training Stage: 2-4 weeks (not paid)
• After completing training: Hourly pay + Commissions + Bonuses
• Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200 per month
• Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000 per month
• Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+ per month
• No limit on commissions, giving you the potential to earn more
