Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and implementing analytics platform components using Microsoft Azure, Databricks and PowerBI.
• Collaborate with senior architects and analytics consultants to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Support the development of data models and pipelines that enable accurate and timely data exchange.
• Participate in troubleshooting and performance tuning of data platforms.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to the modernization of data exchange processes and platform scalability.
• Create models/design dashboards in PowerBI using best practices.

Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering Proficiency in PowerBI, including data modeling and dashboard development Experience with SQL Server (coding & procedural development) Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Databricks Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Proficient with MS Word & Excel Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SSRS Exposure to event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka) Experience working in or with the healthcare insurance industry is highly preferred

The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
