Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Insurance Sales Professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Selling life insurance, health, and wealth products to clients through our value-based lead program
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identifying and recommending the best products from our 30+ carrier partners to meet client needs
  • Processing applications and ensuring timely commission payments
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues alike
  • Optional: Building and owning your own agency, with the opportunity to create passive income and true ownership

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field

  • Life and health insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience with lead generation and prospecting
