We're seeking an experienced Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with benefits inquiries provided by the company to identify and assess client needs
• Present our products/services to prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings

• Collaborate with the team and management to refine strategies
