Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents utilizing online platforms and tools developed by our company. This role works closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Participating in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigating discrepancies as they arise
  • Completing additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborating with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet common goals
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
  • Tech experience is strongly preferred
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
