Job Summary

As a Specialized Help Designer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing efficient solutions to support our customers' needs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions that meet our customers' expectations. Your expertise in technical support, automation, and tooling will be essential in driving our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement efficient solutions to support our customers' needs

  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support our customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our company remains competitive
  • Participate in the development of our help automation tooling and suggest improvements based on customer interactions
  • Work closely with our product teams to understand our product offerings and identify areas for improvement

Essential Qualifications

* At least 3 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on designing efficient solutions

  • Strong understanding of form control tools, including GitHub, Gradle, and Java
  • Experience with Spring Boot and CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to create tools and scripts to automate processes and improve efficiency
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with GRPC, Linux, Docker, and Debian/Antiques

  • Knowledge of Zendesk or other tagging frameworks for organization
  • Experience building dashboards and data visualizations
  • Familiarity with perceptibility tooling and best practices
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve goals
