Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and security of our data. You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve data entry errors, implement process improvements, and maintain accurate records. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and security of our data
- Identify and resolve data entry errors, implementing process improvements as needed
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with our team to identify and address data quality issues
- Develop and implement data management best practices, ensuring data consistency and accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to blithequark's policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or computer science
- Current licensure as a pharmacist or ability to obtain licensure within 90 days of hire
- Experience performing data entry exercises, demonstrating a strong understanding of data management principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data entry errors
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and check, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance
- Experience with data management software and systems, including data entry, data analysis, and data reporting
- Strong knowledge of data management principles and best practices, with the ability to develop and implement data management plans
- Experience with process improvement initiatives, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
