Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing basic technical support via phone or chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective assistance
  • Delivering exceptional support experiences that exceed customer expectations
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with a diverse range of customers, using active listening skills and empathy to resolve issues
  • Providing memorable and delightful experiences that leave a lasting impression on our customers

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years of age
  • A flexible schedule that meets the needs of our business
  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
  • A working phone line (home phone or mobile)
  • A dedicated workspace with a noise/distraction-free environment
  • A standalone monitor (19 inch) and a desk with an ergonomic chair

Equipment and Internet Requirements

To ensure your success in this role, you'll need to meet the following equipment and internet requirements:

  • 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch)
  • Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
  • Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
  • A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
  • Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment
  • Desk and an ergonomic chair
