What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support and service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Triage, respond to, and resolve customer support cases in a timely and efficient manner
- Troubleshoot and provide guidance on Elation EHR, Elation Billing, and Patient Passport applications via email, chat, phone, and screen share
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the support team to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Build expertise in all Elation products and maintain excellent attention to detail
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while demonstrating strong empathy in customer interactions
