What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support and service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Triage, respond to, and resolve customer support cases in a timely and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot and provide guidance on Elation EHR, Elation Billing, and Patient Passport applications via email, chat, phone, and screen share
  • Collaborate effectively with other members of the support team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Build expertise in all Elation products and maintain excellent attention to detail
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while demonstrating strong empathy in customer interactions

What We Require (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
