Blithequark is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Specialty Mail Request Pharmacy team. As a Pharmacy Administration Representative, you will provide phone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug treatment, ensuring seamless coordination and handling of new patient drug orders and reorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide phone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug treatment, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate and handle new patient drug orders and reorders, including verifying and refreshing benefits, and ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Assist patients with interpreting and entering new or reorder medications into the pharmacy data system, and communicate copay amounts and gather necessary information.
• Obtain approvals, work with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to monitor, identify, resolve, and concede orders with records of sales or clinical issues.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of specialty drugs and meet financial and clinical expectations.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Active IL Pharmacy Technician License or willingness to apply for an IL Pharmacy Technician License.
• One year of experience in a customer care role, handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs via telephone.
• One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email applications.
• One year of PC keyboarding experience, with strong typing skills and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare work experience and knowledge of benefits, insurance, prescriptions, and clinical terminology.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret and apply complex information.
