About the Role

In this remote role, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, engaging directly with our pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service via inbound calls and other communication platforms. You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for our customers, following up as needed to resolve issues and ensure their complete satisfaction. We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers; we're searching for individuals who can think critically, engage with our customers, and provide personalized solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as needed to resolve issues and ensure complete satisfaction
  • Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, providing personalized solutions and exceeding their expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, services, and promotions to provide accurate and informative support to customers

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, flexible to shift schedules and work overtime as needed, and committed to being your best. Essential Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and think critically, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
  • Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of pet health and wellness, or a passion for learning about the industry
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other customer service platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
