About the Role: Making a Difference One Call at a Time

As a Clinical Support Services Agent at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for callers seeking assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to receive and process calls, gather essential information, and relay it to our clinicians. This role requires a unique blend of empathy, professionalism, and technical skills. You'll be trained to handle a wide range of situations, from routine inquiries to emotionally charged calls, and you'll be supported every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming calls from patients, family members, and medical professionals
  • Gather relevant information and relay it to our clinicians in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide exceptional customer care, responding to caller inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records and update call information in our system
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple calls and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboarding and typing skills, meeting our minimum requirements
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to convey a positive and empathetic tone
  • Ability to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays
  • Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (not shared)
  • A private, patient-confidential workspace environment
  • 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, particularly in a healthcare or telehealth setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tasks
  • Experience with telehealth platforms or similar technology
