About the Role:
As a Customer Care Professional, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch support, answering questions, and resolving issues in a fast-paced, organized environment. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer care by answering inquiries about accounts in a quick-moving, organized client care environment
- Develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
- Convey elevated levels of product and service knowledge to communicate relevant product features, benefits, and other components of blithequark's Private Business Services
- Continuously develop and refine your skills, including building affinity, understanding client needs, taking care of complaints, and bringing deals to a close
- Record important record data as per established procedures and protocols
- Maintain the highest levels of integrity and adhere to all administrative and compliance rules related to adjusting and sales practices
Essential Qualifications:
* At least two years of experience in customer support, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated success in a customer support and sales environment, with a minimum of two years of experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the capacity to perform multiple tasks and navigate electronic systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
