Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - Live Chat (FULLY REMOTE) at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, phone, and email interactions
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Scheduling visits and maintenance appointments with customers
  • Offering promotions and upselling opportunities to customers
  • Conducting quality checks on prior day's interactions to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and best practices

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
