Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative - Live Chat (FULLY REMOTE) at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, phone, and email interactions
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Scheduling visits and maintenance appointments with customers
- Offering promotions and upselling opportunities to customers
- Conducting quality checks on prior day's interactions to ensure consistency and excellence
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes

Key Skills and Qualifications
