Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Operator (Typist) at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately entering and maintaining data within the designated platform, ensuring timeliness and precision.
- Providing essential support for data entry, platform upkeep, and organization.
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain clean, organized, and current data.
- Utilizing Salesforce applications effectively, with a preference for candidates familiar with Changescout or similar software.
- Collecting and managing data proficiently, facilitating seamless project workflows.
- Assisting in the entry of invoices, purchase orders, change orders, and forecasts into project cost tracking systems.
- Supporting change management processes through the review, processing, and structuring of information.
- Communicating clearly and effectively across teams and departments, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Required Skills
