Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant at Blithequark, you will enjoy a work-life-balanced schedule of Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering sales data, updating accounting records, and maintaining our customer relationship management (CRM) database
  • Processing mail, handling deposits, and following up on leads
  • Providing administrative support to our accounting and sales departments
  • Demonstrating a keen attention to detail and ability to multitask
