Job Overview and Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Care Associate at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of packages to our customers. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Talking with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching, and problem-solving to ensure timely and efficient package delivery.
  • Documenting the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication.
  • Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery, providing support and resolving issues as needed.
  • Partnering with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, fostering collaboration and teamwork to achieve our goals.
  • Troubleshooting, researching, resolving, or escalating issues as necessary, using your critical thinking skills to find solutions and improve processes.
  • Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business, sharing your ideas and insights to drive innovation and excellence.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be a successful Remote Customer Care Associate at blithequark, you will need:

  • The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to ensure we provide 24/7 support to our customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen attentively to concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution.
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry/typing skills, with a minimum of 30 words per minute (including 10-key) to efficiently process customer information.
  • A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with at least 8GB RAM to support our software and systems.
  • Successfully passing a pre-employment background and equipment check to ensure the security and integrity of our operations.
