Key Responsibilities

• Service inbound calls while engaging and consulting with small business owners and decision-makers, learning about their needs and recommending the right blithequark Small Business Services (SBS) products.
• Deliver high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate appropriate product features, benefits, and other elements of blithequark Small Business Services.
• Continuously improve on key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales.
• Provide extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment.
• Document necessary account information according to established policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices, upholding the highest standards of integrity.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A minimum of two years of customer service experience, with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven success in a customer service and sales environment (two years+).
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; education benefits are available to support your ongoing learning and development.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following experience is highly valued:

• Experience owning or working in a small business, which can provide a deeper understanding of our customers' needs and challenges.

Work Environment and Company Culture

This role is based in our Phoenix Desert Ridge Service Center and will operate in a hybrid model, with a combination of in-office and virtual days. Depending on business needs, training may be held 100% on-site or virtually. After the first 90 days, you'll work within the hybrid model, enjoying the flexibility and benefits that come with it.

Salary and Benefits

The expected hourly pay range for this job is $20.00 to $21.65, with opportunities for bonus incentives and comprehensive benefits. We're committed to fair and competitive compensation, and our pay is determined based on factors such as location, experience, and job-related factors.
