Our Locker+ retail locations are designed to provide a convenient and hassle-free experience for our customers, and we're looking for Customer Service Associates who can help us make that happen.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
  • Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized support and solutions
  • Working through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using your critical thinking and communication skills to resolve issues
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards for quality and safety
  • Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring a smooth customer experience
  • Using technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and systems
  • Receiving truck deliveries, ensuring that all packages are accurately received and processed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be:

  • 18 years or older, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English
  • Physically able to perform tasks that require lifting up to 49 pounds, standing and walking for up to five hours, and using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
  • Available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies
