Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Scheduling virtual appointments with customers via Zoom, ensuring seamless communication and a personalized experience
  • Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, leveraging your expertise to deliver tailored solutions
  • Educating customers on the features and benefits of our products, highlighting the value proposition and addressing any questions or concerns
  • Performing reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Addressing any questions or concerns potential customers may have, providing attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs
  • Collaborating closely with other team members to ensure a seamless sales experience for customers, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration
