Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist (Typist) at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately inputting data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent stream of images, ensuring that all data meets or surpasses established quality standards.
• Identifying and categorizing documents based on the provided documentation, utilizing your exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Upholding the confidentiality of all Personal Health Information (PHI) in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining the highest level of data security and integrity.
• Collaborating professionally with team members as necessary, leveraging your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless workflow and effective problem-solving.
• Proposing enhancements to optimize job processes, showcasing your creativity and analytical thinking in identifying areas for improvement.
• Completing all daily tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Undertaking additional basic office duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.

Required Skills

Compensation and Benefits

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist (Typist) at blithequark, you can expect:

• Availability of both part-time and full-time positions, with a preference for full-time candidates requiring a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
