Experienced Part-time Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity for Growth and Development

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers and direct them to the proper departments if applicable

• Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve when necessary
• Help explain contract details to customers
• Manage existing customer relationships to provide peace of mind and worry-free experiences
• Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts
• Participate in interactive and communicative team meetings, training sessions, and meetings with management, requiring camera usage for visibility

Key to Success:

* Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees
• General computer and typing skills
• Passion for customer service and quality work
• Must be focused, reliable, and able to prioritize, organize, and multitask
• High School diploma or GED required
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
