Job Summary

As an Experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Work From Home Opportunity, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients address their customers' concerns, provide support, and resolve issues. You'll be the face of blithequark, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations and building strong relationships with our clients and their customers.

Responsibilities

* Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of our healthcare products and services

  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate and informed support to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

  • Customer service experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
  • Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and resolve complex customer issues
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Work Environment

* Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems, with a private residence as the primary work location

  • blithequark will provide the equipment you need to conduct your work, including a webcam
  • You will need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet Connection – DSL or Cable only, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps
  • Your workstation must be connected directly to the Internet, with proof of a reliable and secure connection

* Constant sedentary work, with minimal physical activity required
