Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have potentially qualified for compensation. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for customer service will enable you to provide top-notch support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with callers through an automated dialer and engaging in conversations to determine their eligibility for compensation
  • Managing a high volume of calls, with the potential to speak with 40-50 callers per day, of which 1-5 may qualify for compensation
  • Multitasking while listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to ensure seamless communication
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
  • Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Assisting with other projects as needed to support the growth and success of blithequark
  • Troubleshooting basic IT problems to ensure seamless operation of systems and tools

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with callers and provide clear, concise information
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to navigate complex situations and find solutions
  • A competitive spirit, as we work as a team but pay for performance!
  • A willingness to work 40+ hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing demands and priorities
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace to ensure focus and productivity
  • A reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with the following specifications:

+ 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU

  • High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet)
  • A reliable noise-cancellation headset that is wired via USB (ex. gaming headset with mic/ Logitech G432) (average price is $20-$30)
  • A strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles
  • 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

This is not for you if:

* You are unable to troubleshoot basic technical issues

  • You are unable to work 40+ hours per week, each week
  • You cannot imagine handling 350+ calls, including disconnects, wrong numbers, or hang-ups until you are connected with a viable caller
  • You are unable to use problem-solving skills
  • You are unable to work the full training period (90 days)
  • You are unable to work 8 hours a day and proactively manage appointments, etc. during earned vacation days or outside business hours

Hours of Operation:

A full-time schedule of 40 hours a week from the following hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
  • Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
