Position Objective

As a Live Chat Specialist, your primary goal is to turn customer inquiries into leads for our automotive dealer clients by providing accurate information and exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers via chat, providing product and service information, scheduling appointments, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation.
