About the Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding patient experiences through our "White Glove" service model. This full-time position involves working rotating 2nd and 3rd shifts, with a set schedule that includes weekends and holidays. You'll be responsible for managing incoming customer service phone calls, resolving concerns, and providing support through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer service phone calls and other customer requests, ensuring prompt and professional engagement.
  • Create service requests and dispatch accordingly, utilizing web-based system tools such as OMS, Word, and Excel.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Interact with vendors, customers, and employees via phone, text, and email, maintaining clear and concise communication.
  • Attach Field Service Reports to service requests in OMS, auditing reports from vendors and ensuring accurate logging.
  • Follow through on the resolution of customer needs, providing ongoing support and follow-up.
  • Act as nighttime contact for drivers, providing scheduling and maintenance support, and handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Escalate problems to proper manager contacts as needed, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
  • Order and cancel injectable doses, and enter helium readings into OMS.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Customer service, call center, or patient scheduling experience, with a strong ability to prioritize and multitask with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in using computers, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • A positive, customer-first attitude, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a remote environment, with self-motivation and discipline.
  • Familiarity with OMS and other web-based system tools.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
