About the Role

As a Remote Customer Care Agent at blithequark, you will serve as a vital member of our team, participating in monthly virtual calls and meetings, and embodying our company's mission and core values. Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients in achieving their travel package goals by understanding their needs, creating personalized itineraries, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with clients to surprise and delight them, ensuring that no one falls through the cracks.   • Respond to client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner, providing personalized solutions and support
  • Apply for payments and send out payment reminders, managing client financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Manage flight changes and seat assignments, ensuring that clients' travel arrangements are seamless and stress-free
  • Coordinate concierge-related details for clients, such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations, providing a personalized and luxurious experience
  • Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences in a timely and efficient manner
  • Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, advising clients on what to print and how to prepare for their trip
  • Assist with distributing information to and coordinating internal and/or team needs, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned
  • Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
  • Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently, prioritizing tasks and ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Manage client profiles and bookings, maintaining accurate and detailed records of client information and travel arrangements
  • Serve as backup travel support/main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies, providing 24/7 support and ensuring that clients receive prompt and effective assistance
  • Continue to grow in savvy and proficiency, implementing tools and strategies to heighten our remote workplace culture and promote collaboration and innovation
