The Overnight Healthcare Customer Service Representative Role

As an Overnight Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and providing personalized support to address their queries and concerns. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to de-escalate conflicts and provide innovative solutions to customer problems.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or specialized teams when necessary, ensuring seamless issue resolution.
  • Process requests for assistance, including payment processing, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Track and document customer interactions for auditing and reporting purposes, providing valuable insights to improve our services.
  • Offer feedback on customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance our customer experience.
  • Upsell or cross-sell relevant services or products when opportunities arise, demonstrating your knowledge and understanding of our offerings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong academic record.
  • The ability to type at least 25 words per minute and navigate Windows operating systems with ease.

  • Proficiency in using desktop computer systems and software applications.

Work from Home Requirements
