Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Associate, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customer service team by:

  • Rapidly recognizing and resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Effectively searching for answers to client queries and providing accurate information
  • Making quality decisions that meet our high standards
  • Collaborating with a diverse group of clients and partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Providing excellent and empathetic service to inbound assistance calls
  • Communicating relevant information to clients about blithequark's products, services, strategies, and techniques

Position Type/Standard Schedule

This is a full-time remote position that requires you to live and work in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, or Wisconsin. You'll work a standard schedule, with the option to participate in a 12-week paid, virtual training program that includes onboarding, observations, tests, and performance measures.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Be at least 18 years old and have approval to work in the US
  • Ability to work a standard schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Strong digital literacy and comfort with exploring online, email, and web search
  • High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 10 MBPS upload and 25 MBPS download speeds
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional tone and language
  • Demonstrated perseverance and focus on maintaining excellent participation, performance, and goal achievement
