About the Role

As a remote Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you'll be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities as a remote Customer Care Representative at blithequark will include: * Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries * Providing excellent customer service through active listening * Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively * Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive * Appropriately communicating with customers, including providing video support when needed

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Logical problem-solving skills to tackle complex customer issues * Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends * Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume with ease * Ability to use Windows operating systems, including Windows 10 or later * Ability to type 25 wpm with accuracy * Over 18 years of age * High School Graduate or GED

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, we prefer candidates with: * 6-12 months of customer service experience under their belt * Consistent work history, demonstrating reliability and commitment * Proven oral and written communication skills, with a flair for creative problem-solving * Some technical background, with a passion for learning and growth

Work from Home Requirements

As a remote Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * Provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later, Wired Ethernet LAN connection, and Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted) * Internet Connection Requirements: + Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms * Proof of internet speed required * Clean and quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions
