Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities as a remote Customer Care Representative at blithequark will include: * Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries * Providing excellent customer service through active listening * Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively * Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive * Appropriately communicating with customers, including providing video support when needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Logical problem-solving skills to tackle complex customer issues * Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends * Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume with ease * Ability to use Windows operating systems, including Windows 10 or later * Ability to type 25 wpm with accuracy * Over 18 years of age * High School Graduate or GED

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, we prefer candidates with: * 6-12 months of customer service experience under their belt * Consistent work history, demonstrating reliability and commitment * Proven oral and written communication skills, with a flair for creative problem-solving * Some technical background, with a passion for learning and growth

Work from Home Requirements

As a remote Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * Provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later, Wired Ethernet LAN connection, and Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted) * Internet Connection Requirements: + Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms * Proof of internet speed required * Clean and quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions
