We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless order processing, exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, facilitating purchase orders, and providing exceptional support to our account managers and customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team and contribute to the success of Blithequark.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and understand the Blithequark Operating System for quotation and order entry, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders.
  • Enter orders generated by account managers, making tickets, and taking them to scheduling.
  • Verify and check all orders over $5000 for accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Document and arrange all releases from inventory, file tickets for completed jobs, and manage internal forms.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of production capabilities and product offerings to provide informed support to customers and account managers.
  • Evaluate and verify purchase order correspondence with quotations, collaborating with account managers to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare materials for return to customers, document Haz-Mat orders, and manage marketing materials.
  • Assume account manager responsibilities in their absence, including checking emails and voicemails, and making relevant decisions.
  • Assist the estimating department as needed, and perform additional tasks and duties as required by the Director of Sales.
  • Work in compliance with Safe-Well policies and procedures, prioritizing customer safety and well-being.

Essential Qualifications

Education

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Associate's Degree (two-year college or technical school) preferred.
  • Bronze designation on ACT will be considered in lieu of high school equivalency.

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field.

Computer Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with strong typing and computer skills.

Certifications & Licenses

  • No specific certifications or licenses required, but relevant training or certifications are an asset.

Work Environment

Blithequark's work environment is a manufacturing office setting, climate-controlled, with a focus on employee comfort and well-being.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $14.00 - $18.58 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Schedule

Our standard schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, with a day shift.
