Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via online chat, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Delivering high-level support in reviewing and documenting customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Following established procedures and guidelines to enhance customer relationships, build customer loyalty, and drive sales growth.
  • Navigating computer systems to track customer interactions, gather information, and effectively resolve customer issues or queries.
  • Identifying opportunities to sell, cross-sell, and upsell blithequark's communication products and services, meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Handling blended voice and non-voice interactions, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Chat Support Representative at blithequark, you will need:

  • A Senior High School diploma or equivalent (old curriculum).
  • Advanced computer knowledge and multitasking skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • A valid NBI Clearance prior to job offer.
  • Flexibility to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications
