The Role: Customer Support Specialist for the Americas

As a Customer Support Specialist for the Americas region at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our users before, during, and after their events. This is a remote opportunity that allows you to work flexibly while being part of a dynamic, international team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to all users of the blithequark platform throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular webinars for event organizers and exhibitors to ensure they are equipped to maximize the platform's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the event team to create engaging content for attendees, exhibitors, and organizers, enhancing their overall event experience.
  • Offer online and/or onsite support for events, ensuring seamless execution and high user satisfaction.
  • Act as the voice of our users, providing invaluable feedback to improve the product and tailor it to the needs of our global community.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • A high level of English proficiency is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, support, or project management is essential, with a preference for candidates with a background in tech and events.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
  • A service-oriented mindset with empathy towards clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
