It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice.We just closed our Series B for $30MM, have been in business since 2012, and have 52 employees.We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country.Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Remote IT Support Specialist with the following experience:

• Support internal employees using JAMF, Avast (virus protection), Slack, G Suite, SSO, VPN
• Occasionally help on special security projects using SOC, SOC 2, and Vanta
• SaaS experience strongly preferred

This role is mostly supporting internal employees with their IT needs.We do have some special projects and security-related work, but it's a smaller portion of the position.For that reason, experience with SOC, SOC 2, or Vanta, is a huge plus!Also - we're big on promoting people from within.We have several employees that have started their career in similar positions and have been promoted into other positions.If you have this experience, please apply immediately. What You Will Be Doing

• Support internal employees with their IT needs
• This includes JAMF, Avast (virus protection), Slack, G Suite, SSO, VPN
• Occasionally assist the CTO with special projects in the security realm, including software for logging metrics, permissions, and access

What You Need for this PositionMust Have

• Experience supporting employees using JAMF, Avast (virus protection), Slack, G Suite, SSO, and/or VPN
• Experience with SOC and/or SOC 2
• Experience working for SaaS companies
