Job Type and Working Hours

We are seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to work remotely during evening shifts, 4 PM – 10 PM EST. This position offers flexibility and work-life balance, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Job Requirements
