Job Overview: Customer Experience Concierge

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge to join our team at the Centurion Lounge, located in the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. As a Member Service Professional (MSP), you'll be the face of blithequark, acting as an ambassador of our brand and delivering superior service to our Card Members. You'll work as part of a cohesive team to excite our customers and deliver on our brand promise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, creating innovative ways to resolve issues or concerns and win brand loyalty
  • Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
  • Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, as well as travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
  • Accommodate the needs of Card Members by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners
  • Maintain a positive attitude and utmost professionalism in all interactions, even in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Make decisions quickly and effectively in unanticipated situations, prioritizing the Card Members' experience

Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
  • Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred, including reservation experience
  • A passion for delivering extraordinary service with proactive solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction
  • The ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction
  • Proficiency in using multiple technology platforms with ease and being resourceful in a face-to-face customer environment
  • Adaptability and resilience in an ever-changing environment
  • The ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
