Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sensiple Inc. is a technology-driven solutions company specializing in Customer Experience and Digital Transformation. They are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to perform routine maintenance, manage user accounts, and ensure data integrity within the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks (e.g., instance health checks, scheduled jobs, table cleanups).
- Configure and maintain forms, lists, and fields using ServiceNow Studio or UI.
- Monitor and manage performance, security, and logs of the instance.
- Manage user accounts, groups, roles, and access controls (ACLs).
- Support clone operations, instance upgrades, and patch management.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and work with ServiceNow support when needed.
- Ensure data integrity, perform data imports, and manage Cl records in CMDB.
- Implement and maintain catalog items, workflows, and business rules.
- Acts as a liaison between the business and the platform team, capturing requirements and ensuring stakeholder needs are met.
- The Business Process Architect is a consultant with a strong automation and workflow background who supports innovation by working with stakeholders to understand business processes, with the goal of digitizing and automating legacy processes.
- Maintains data dictionary-owns data model for the platform, this role is often performed by the platform architect and platform administrators.
- Oversees the configuration management database (CMDB), ensuring data accuracy and governance for the platform.
- Responsible and owns most configuration work in the platform.
- Oversees the implementation and maintenance of platform integrations.
- An individual or group that makes sure the organization's security protocols and best practices are followed within the Snow Platform.
- Manages day-to-day platform administration, ensuring stability and usability across environments.
- Provides technical leadership, documents platform design, and ensures alignment with business strategy.

- Basic understanding of JavaScript and Glide API for scripts and rule.
- Understanding of ITIL practice, and how they are applied in ServiceNow.
- Use of update sets, import sets, ACLs, scheduled jobs, and MID Servers.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both platform and business logic issue.
- Ability to prepare, test, and validate during system clones and upgrades.
- Work closely with developers, architects, and business users.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is highly recommended.
