Job Description

In your role as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, assisting customers with their queries, concerns, and feedback. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a positive customer experience by providing timely, accurate, and friendly assistance. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications - Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
