Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, building relationships with our customers every day. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
