What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing solutions to their problems. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product information.   • Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat

What You Bring to the Role

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Computer savvy and proficient in using technology platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations

The Equipment You'll Need

To work effectively as a remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

  • Internet speed > 15 Mbps (a hardwired direct connection to your home router is recommended)
  • A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset)
