Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop network solutions that meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and security
• Architect and implement network protocols and interfaces, including Programming interfaces, APIs, and network stack interfaces
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Develop and maintain network simulations and models to test and validate network designs
• Troubleshoot and debug network issues, and provide technical support to internal teams
• Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our network infrastructure

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, or Objective-C
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP and related networking protocols, including IPv6
• Experience with network stack development, including BSD/Linux kernel network stack
• Network troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WiFi switch concepts, OpenWRT, and other networking technologies
• Knowledge of IP routing concepts and protocols
• Experience with network simulation and modeling tools
• Familiarity with Apple operating systems and iOS development
