Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Live Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service via live chat, phone, and email
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Utilizing active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
• Documenting customer interactions and feedback to improve processes and procedures
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Adhering to blithequark's core values of honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship, and a good attitude

Key Responsibilities:

* Quality Check Calls: Call customers from the prior day to ensure their issues have been resolved and they're satisfied with the service they received.

• Maintenance Calls: Call maintenance customers to schedule visits and ensure their equipment is functioning properly.
• Promotional Calls: Call customers on our list to offer promotions and upsell our products and services.
• Review Follow-up: Follow up on customer reviews, both positive and negative, to ensure their concerns are addressed and their experiences are improved.
• General Inbound Customer Service: Provide general customer service via live chat, phone, and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or live chat environment.
• Strong Attention to Detail: The ability to focus on multiple tasks and prioritize customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Conscientious and Team Player: A strong work ethic and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
