Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, answering their questions and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries about their pharmacy benefit plans, including medication coverage and mail-order solutions
- Provide accurate and timely information to members, helping them to better understand their benefits and make informed decisions about their healthcare
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve member issues and concerns in a positive and empathetic manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in the healthcare industry
