Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, answering their questions and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the healthcare industry, while working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries about their pharmacy benefit plans, including medication coverage and mail-order solutions

  • Provide accurate and timely information to members, helping them to better understand their benefits and make informed decisions about their healthcare
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve member issues and concerns in a positive and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in the healthcare industry

* Part-time or full-time availability, with a minimum of 20 hours per week

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare benefits and pharmacy operations

  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
