Program Overview
Our one-year or less, intensive job training program is designed to equip you with the skills and confidence you need to launch your career in customer service. The program includes:
- In-classroom skill development in areas such as project management, banking and customer success, and helpdesk/desktop support
- Access to internships with top organizations in the Philadelphia area, including Merck, Bank of America, Penn Mutual, and Amtrak
- Personalized coaching and mentorship to help you navigate your career journey
- An educational stipend of $525 per week during the internship phase
- Ongoing support and guidance to help you launch your career
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for our program, you must:
- Be between 18-29 years old
- Be a high school graduate or GED recipient
- Be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Be available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Not have obtained a Bachelor's degree
