Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily interactions with clients and their staff, providing timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Receive and process referrals from providers and adjusters via fax, email, or other channels, ensuring accurate data entry into our proprietary software.
  • Obtain authorization from adjusters to proceed with reviews as required, and assign UR requests to physician reviewers based on established protocols and state guidelines.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail and respond promptly to inquiries via telephone or email.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including log maintenance and other duties as assigned.
  • Undergo periodic, random QA reviews to ensure accuracy and adherence to protocol and best practices.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To excel as a Data Entry Coordinator at blithequark, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Workers Comp utilization review, with a deep understanding of the associated processes and regulations.
  • At least 2 years of experience with medical terminology, enabling you to accurately interpret and process medical information.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, with a minimum of 3 years of experience using these tools in a professional setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, providers, and adjusters.
  • A strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using proprietary software and adapting to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications
