Dining Associate - Part-time, all shifts – Amazon Store
Under the direct supervision of the Food Services Director/Assistant, the Dining Service Associate is responsible for diversified tasks within the food service department including ware washing, department sanitation and other processes to ensure that the department operates in a clean, sanitary and safe manner. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparation of dining areas, including supplies and equipment to run efficiently
- Record and maintain temperatures of equipment and food in appropriate logs
- Follow and monitor portions and diet plans according to Federal and State guidelines
- Follow all food safety protocols
- Follow all proper cleaning/sanitation procedures and thoroughly clean and sanitize personal work areas, equipment, and supplies
- Clean, sweep and sanitize your area at the end of each shift
- Be open and flexible to changes in positions and duties for the appropriate staffing situation
- Hold self-accountable for following the appropriate call-in procedures

- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a Food Handlers Certification
