A Day in the Life of a blithequark Brand Champion

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your day will be filled with exciting interactions with customers from diverse backgrounds. You'll provide solutions, answer general customer service questions, and troubleshoot issues related to service, billing, and product enhancements. Your goal will be to resolve customer concerns on the first call, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and their customers.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Possess a High School Diploma or GED
• Have previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Be willing to actively engage and listen to customers
• Exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution
• Be able to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time
