Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates in a professional and conversational manner

  • Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, stores, and associates

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess certain skills and qualifications. These include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Successful completion of mandatory training
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
  • Preferred: 6 months experience in a contact center or retail environment
  • Preferred: 6 months experience with computer processing/data entry software
  • Fluency in Spanish is required
