Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, processing web tickets, and responding to web chat requests. You will work closely with our clients to resolve their inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and assist customers in completing locate requests and resolving customer questions

  • Process web tickets and respond to web chat requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor EIs and call out backup messages as necessary to ensure seamless communication
  • Present and discuss blithequark's products and services to customers, highlighting the benefits and features
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the success of the team

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum accurate data entry of 35 wpm: You must be able to accurately type at a minimum speed of 35 words per minute to efficiently process customer requests.
  • Ability to work independently in a high volume, detail-oriented environment: You will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial. You must be able to prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Strong customer service skills: You will be interacting with customers daily, so it is essential that you possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: You must be able to clearly articulate information to customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to prioritize work and multi-task: You will be handling multiple tasks simultaneously, so you must be able to prioritize your work, manage your time effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Consistent attendance and stable work history: You must be able to commit to a regular schedule, attend work regularly, and maintain a stable work history.
  • Ability to work and change with dynamic professional environment: You must be flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
